Refund & Cancellation Policy
Client can cancel the service by giving us one month prior notice. Cancellation notice should be emailed at email@example.com. As we are offering non-tangible digital goods, we do not generally issue refunds after the purchase has been made. We will be happy to consider a refund within the first 7 days of your purchase if a) you are unable to get the proper installation or if the software fails to perform the basic functions as designed *and* b) you have worked with our support to try to resolve these issues.
Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals and refunds will not be granted in lieu of normal upgrade pricing. This means we will not refund an existing license purchase so you can purchase an upgraded version using discount/coupon codes. Refund requests may take up to 30 days to process. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of ERM Solutions Group.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase. Please note that by purchasing the subscription, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
